New orders will be settled on a pro forma basis.

On opening an account facility, two trade references may be required. On acceptance of references 30 days credit terms from invoice date will apply. A 5% surcharge may be added for late payments. Payments should be made to UK Clobber.

For Credit card transactions please add a further 2.5%.

Goods correctly sent against orders are non refundable. Refusal to accept delivery will result in a a handling charge.

Defective goods must be returned to us within 30 days by the most cost effective way. Goods returned must be in brand new condition and un marked in original packaging with invoice where upon a credit note may be issued.

Decorated clothes are in no way subject to refund.

The property remains title of UK Clobber untill all amounts due have been satisfied. The risk shall pass to the client at the point of delivery to their premises.
